this is one of the few decent "alternative rock" songs to hit the airwaves these days, in my opinion. nowadays there is just not that many good songs coming out. the hip hop/RnB genre is pumping out new hits daily, but for some reason the mainstream alternative scene just seems dead. the few songs that do come out are sad sappy rock songs. the alternative rock station in Chicago just plays them, and a ton of old songs now. they just don't make them like they used to.
