Elliot's question is tricky......mostly, because it's effing stupid. Being honest here, no one can be a "good" doctor. You can't master the field of medicine that's why it's called the "practice" of medicine. It doesn't matter what gender a person is as long as they have experience and credentials enough to do a job well.

Basically, Dr. Miller is... Dr. Cox. Only not as funny or interesting.

Yes, her offense is totally unjustified. But... Cox's are too, aren't they? Maybe that's the point. Being a doctor, an attending--such a stressful job, a way of life. They have to let out all that anger and stress out somehow.

I think the point it that its condescending to assume a woman can`t handle her own problems. So Turk is at fault for assuming she was a lady in distress. He was all smug about it as well. A woman who reaches a top position like Miller can be certain to be able to handle herself. He should have shown her more respect. Thats my view (and no, I`m not a woman).
