  • anyone know what kind those are? like monkeyfist, cathedrial, or whatever???

  • so annoying how close the camera is at points

  • i know its kind of a live thing and all but is there anyway to find out the song?

  • @pranksterprince15 Im pretty sure its "Opal" by Adham Shaikh

  • yo tambien kieroo :' D

hehehe yo quiero hacer lo mismoo

  • Nick has the best poi tutorials and I've been learning a lot from him since I started spinning (a week ago). This guy is amazing :)

  • SO beautiful to watch!!

  • I want to be this good.

  • 1:13 to 1:30 he is really concentrated on music and happy =) nice

  • scales of poi dvd? i need to find this. i love nick and the joy he has for poi spinning

  • P.S. these poi have rediculously long flame trails. My Isis poi rock in flame shape size and quality, but they are still not this long of a trail. I love them though. -out

  • that could have to do with the shutter speed on the camera? How would you achieve that effect with the poi alone?

  • I hate to kiss ass, but I give credit were credit is due, and Nick has some kind of natural feeling for beats and movement much like any other natural born dancer, so Nick defenitly kicks ass!!! rock on everyone. peace! - Saint

  • nick is my poi master. he has taught me since i begun to spin, he has inspired me to keep learning and to not settle for tricks, but to go for movement and expression.

  • Awesome he is the best...

Somebody know the name of the song???

  • I love Nick's performances and his tutorials. He's got a wonderful personality (not to mention big flowy pants). Above all else, he's passionate about his art. That's what sets him apart from a lot of spinners. Opinion is opinion is opinion, but if you love what you do and you do what you love, it doesn't matter what anyone's definition of "master" is. <3 Nick Woolsey!

  • i was told this guy is the 'poi master' lol. i've seen better twirlers at festivals trippin on acid lol. dont get me wrong, he's good, but not 'the master'. lovely video though <3

  • He has a very different philosophy on poi, he likes the simple stuff cas it goes great with music, I love his scales of poi dvd, gave me so much freedom of movement.

  • A lot of these tricks were very basic and simple. Go check out some of his other videos. I suggest, "The beautiful thing about ashes."

  • hes a master, just hes not doing nothing advanced here, simple beautiful tricks.

  • As much as i love Nick, I gotta give it to Yuta, for Best Fire poi. Awesome video though, reguardless!

  • oh my god

  • Pretty gud yeah but NO he is not the best fire poi videos at all ... haha. Very good practicing videos made by the same guy tho ... maybe the bests instructive poi lessons ive seen so far.

    Keep on spinnin'!

  • *sniffs the air* smells like a green eyed monster :D

  • you are awesome. I met you in Pai last Halloween ( 2006) and I was impressed. I did the fireshow myself there too but nothing compare to you !! Keep on posting things on playpoi ( by the way, I was the black hair girl who asked you how to do the back spin)

  • Great nick youre still the best:)
