i'm an umpire as well and also have umpired with this guy several times. what you're watching is a college baseball game. he's the best umpire i've ever umpired with and EVERYONE likes him, for mhis great personality with players and fans as well as his fantastic decision-making and consistency. he's never received any negative comment for his physically expressive actions.
