For the moment you can't. The problem is that currently I am not able to extract the CAB file from the EXE file. There are libraries in development that will be able to extract the CAB files from the EXE installer files automatically. For the moment you will have to do this manually (you can use programs like 7zip to extract the CAB files from most installers) and then use synce-kpm to install the CAB file.
I will look into this possibility when I have more time though.
Very good project! I want to use linux, and the only remained thing what i can't do on that is the management of my PDA, until now :) So i will try it.
Can you install *.exe applications with this program?
