  • Okay Now my mind is blown

  • @robcrtr798 thanks man

  • Mind blowiiiiinn' ;-)

  • @saucerfly thanks a lot man

  • Holy shit. I've never heard this song before, and at first I thought like "Okay, chill out music, perfect after a long day", and then my jaw just opened and stayed open for the rest of the song. Absolutely amazing song, perfect guitar playing, great sound and great video and sound quality. Couldn't asked for a better YouTube video honestly.

  • @DonQuixotec thanks a lot, very apprechiated

  • @DonQuixotec And then look for the original (if you hadn't done so already) and get amazed again ;)

I knew the original before this guitarvideo, but damn.... this sent shivers down my spine, and I still listen to it regularly.

The public TV-performance from which most people know it ;)

    watch?v=ujr0DBPHinM

(If I ever reach hard-shoe dancing, I will probably make a video about it, with this music under it (goes back to the soft-shoe basics I'm now learning...)

  • Ah so beautiful mate. like some one else said.you have made the YouTube a super place :) cheers

  • @georgtomas2010 thanks a lot, very apprechiated

  • I have been playing guitar for 52, but you are gifted....never give it up or get married....to do so would be a sin...very impressive

  • @piedpiper1000 thanks a lot man

  • MAN ALIVE!! That was flipping epic mate.. Great humour added also.. Seriously awesome playing.

  • @BigtimeJimmy21 thanks a lot man

  • mate, you are a wonderful musician, youtube is a better place because of people like you.

  • @Newbyrock23 oh thanks a lot mate

  • What is the finger-organ thing called that you play there? I want to get one, but I'm not sure where to find it. Thanks. :)

  • @free7lemons it's called Axis 49, go to c-thru-music "DOT" com

there also some tutorial/explanation video on my channel, look for the video named "AXiS 49 - Harmonic Table Keyboard, Tutorial & Solo"

  • @guitarDouchebaggery Thank you!!

  • Ohhhh....MG! I could hardly believe this. Fantastic playing. Fantastic production. Everything really really good bro. I mean like REALLY good. Your Ceriatone sounds amazing. Great fking job!

  • @Sweeper5 thanks a lot man

  • can you programme the tom's resonance in toontrack superior ? i have the eazy drummer and only a gate will make the tom shorter wich is stupid...

and yes Awesome work and the faces are better :-)

  • @smartti1970 yes, you can do anything to the toms. There are a couple of effects within the superior plugin, but you can also put the toms to a dedicated output and use any plugin that you have in your DAW on the toms (putting the toms on a separate output should also be possible with EZ drummer though)

  • @smartti1970 yes i can put on seperate output but cant adjust the decay of the toms. I can only adjust the decay with a gate but then its not the same. The toms on Easy Drummer and the Nashville sounds that i got, are too long in certain situations.

  • Great work! Congrats!

  • love this dude!!!!!!! you do an awesome job :)

  • @KKkrazy14Him thanks a lot man

  • Epic stuff going on at 3:09

  • Suuuuuper!

  • Man, I love Irish folk!

    Pleaseeee!

  • A brilliant perfomance, thanks for posting. What do they call the instrument with the keys.

  • @julesrc56 thanks dude

it's called axis 49, it's a harmonic table MIDI controller

  • @julesrc56 Thanks for that. I'm interested in music but hadn't seen one before. I'll try to find more info on the web.

  • hey can you send me the tab?

  • absolutely brilliant, enjoyed every second!

  • This song is the finest and calm songs on Youtube (The beginning) :)

And the rest..... SO AMAZING!!! Nice man!!!

  • @Oesthassel thanks a lot man

  • Do you have a tab for this man? It sounds awesome!

  • @somsishet I'll send it to you

  • @guitarDouchebaggery yeah could you send me the tab too . excellent vid btw

  • Hey awesome job! What are the notes on guitar?

  • @monsta1992 it's a lot of notes

do you mean that you would like to have a tab?

  • @guitarDouchebaggery yes i would like to have a tab please

  • @guitarDouchebaggery yes i would like to have a tab please. It sounds spot on and exactly like the show! Awesome job!

  • @guitarDouchebaggery Yes I would like to have a tab. It sounds spot on and exactly like the show. Awesome job!

  • @guitarDouchebaggery Yes I would like a tab and great job by the way!

  • What's the plugin for the organ? It has a great sound that I've not been able to find anywhere.

  • @BucketFullofThunder it's a plugin by Native Instrument: B4 II (so version 2 of the B4, it's a simulation of a Hammond B3), it's my favorite hammond organ simulation

  • @guitarDouchebaggery It sounds incredible. Too bad it costs money. Are there any comparable free Hammond plugins you know of? ...I can't afford to put too much money into audio stuff, which I know puts sort of a damper on things...

  • @BucketFullofThunder hmm... unfortunately I can't recommend any free ones. But just search for "Free VST Organ Plug-ins" on google

  • that little fingerboard looks so impossible to play

  • Very Sweet! Loving all your vids.

    -TG

  • You're the Best!

  • This is epic! You should of river danced while you play jk.

  • hey dude, me again, do you have the tabs???

  • @elloumon yes, I'll upload them somewhere

  • @guitarDouchebaggery yea, gottem, thnx man, if you're free maybe you can make a tutorial? cuz i cant seem to get it rite

  • @elloumon well, it is really difficult. Do you manage to play it at a slower tempo? You can always change the fingering of the tab (move some notes up or down a string in order to get the easiest fingerings)

  • Great playing, production and gear. That PRS is beautiful!

  • DOUD THATS GREAT PICKIN!!

  • absolutely amazing! great job and wonderful recording/mixing

  • amazing :)

  • What speakers were in the iso cab? Delay used? I'm considering getting the 5F4 myself in the coming weeks. Amazing tone and chops. :)

    -Sam

  • @SamAlexander14786 In the iso cab is a Mesa Boogie Roadking 2x12, so it's a open back with a C90 and a closed back with a V30. For the recoding, only the V30 was miked.

Delay etc. was added afterwards in Cubase.

  • @guitarDouchebaggery Excellent thanks!

  • nice work!

  • wow!!!! clap,clap,clap

  • @ldhobbs thanks dude

  • I am impressed, not only with the playing (and that PRS is sweet and you deserve it) but the production. You have done an excellent job on a "Home" mix! Keep up the good work.

  • @choofish thanks a lot man

  • oh, and wads the name of the song? i search riverdance theme but all i get is lord of the dance.

  • @elloumon I just had a look

the song title of the first part is "Cloudsong" and the fast part is just "Riverdance"

but usually the Cloudsong always leads to the Riverdance song

  • Comment removed

  • at first wen you did that face wen you were about to start playing i thought 'hahaha another guy trying to play riverdance, this should be good' then wen you started playing i fell off the chair, and no i wasn't laughing wen i fell off.

  • @elloumon thanks a lot for all your comments

the last part was really damn hard

  • @guitarDouchebaggery i could tell though im oni a beginner, i lost sight of ur fingers, how long u've been playing?

  • You're absolutely amazing. Keep on playing, you have real talent.

  • lol douchebaggery

  • Awesome job man! As a fellow musician (and someone in love with Riverdance) I am quite impressed. My favourite song to play is The Countess Cathleen on acoustic. It is a really cool song to play.

  • @Musicguy208 thanks a lot

cool, I just checked out a nice acoustic version of "The Countess Cathleen", great song

  • What is that keyboard type instrument with all the notes written on the keys?

  • @Kuddlekins that is a MIDI controller called Axis 49, you can search for "c-thru axis 49" on google for more infos

the notes are stickers that come with it, so you can also have no notes on it if you want

  • Honestly no single being deserves to be this talented.......... You're legend!

  • awe-fckn'-some man!!!!!

  • outstanding!

  • LOVE THIS! =D. You just made my day. I keep listening to it over and over again.

  • @N0C7URN I really should, there's tons of great Celtic music out there

  • @BenMurrie well, a Russiaon Custom Shop... kind of PRS ;-)

  • @GuitarHeroFullCombos around 14 or something (but including bass etc.).. it could be worse ;-)

    Remy

  • Hey! I have a Han "Guitar" Solo shirt just like that! Ha ha.

That song was very nicely done!

  • that good sir was

    FUCKING BRUTAL YEAH
