I can understand trying to stop someone for stealing jewelry or electronics because that type of theft would be greed motivated. But stealing baby formula is stealing out of desperation. That's just sad.

@swedishvolvo its not desperation when you fill up a stroller with formula, a single can would be desperation. and if you didnt know, baby formula is some pretty expensive stuff, up to about $20 a can if not more.
