Santa Barbara Mountain Driving Tour in Los Padres National Forest on Highway 154

Using my childhood memory from living in California in 1990s, while taking a trip to California last year, after a stop in Andersen's restaurant in Buellton, I couldn't decide whether to take 101 and drive next to the ocean or take 154 the scenic mountain road. I ended up taking 246 east through Solvang and then 154 to Santa Barbara.
