Actually they *can* make the water toxic... it depends on what metals you use. For example, stainless steel contains Chromium and some of it will leech into the water in electrolysis. Ever seen the movie Erin Brockovich?

the whole point of this was to prove that it wasn't the cup. Anyway, battery acid is toxic and corrosive, so we couldn't drink that, and I don't know about you, but I'm not stupid enough to commit a crime just to make a 1 and a half minute video.

all u need to do is make a hydrogen generator... instead of puting hte batery itself in there.. i put in 2 pieces of plate that are kinda cloase eatchother and then put some salt in the water... when u connect the 2 pieces of plate to some electric powersource u get HYDROGEN! ^^ there are lots of videos that can explain this eazy and it won't make the water toxic like they get from the bateries.

Actually they *can* make the water toxic... it depends on what metals you use. For example, stainless steel contains Chromium and some of it will leech into the water in electrolysis. Ever seen the movie Erin Brockovich?

wtf even if you did put batteries in the water and drank it. you might survive to tell the tale of drinking water that had batteries in it. but the water where there have been batteries is ussually a different color so it has to be done differently.
