  • The U.S. TV Guide ads from the early 1960's up to 1981 were voiced by legendary Philadelphia broadcaster and news analyst Taylor Grant (1915-1998) who'd also anchored ABC's "Headline Edition" radio newscasts from 1944 to '53; which Canadian voiceover would have handled this?

  • I miss when it was the size of "Reader's Digest," and you could see local notices on the programs being aired.

  • I never even see it on the shelves today. I told my wife 5 years ago it was in trouble. And in about 5 to 7 years newspapers will be gone also.

  • The American commercials used that electronic music as well.
