This is a very. very big reason why new horror movies arent scary.... Their is no soundtrack. All the good ones have very scary soundtracks : The shining halloween the omen Nightmare on elm street texas chainsaw etc.

Platinum Dunes NEEDS to seriously quit hiring Steve Jablonsky for every damn film of theirs because his scores are the same atonal sounds that feel devoid of any 'life' for two hours. What he did for Nightmare and Friday were complete disservices to the brilliance Bernstein and Manfredini each set up in the originals.

@AngelofMusic04 u seriously didnt like the soundtrack to the NOES remake?? listen to it again, the song Freddys Coming For You and the Main Title are incredible and really creepy. They may not be as memorable, but theyre definately not a disservice to the originals... I think when u listen to them second time around youll see what i mean.
