lol try where i live i do mainly 60mph on main roads and nobody trys to pull me over (well the county wont but the state patroll will) got pulled over only 1once. and when its raining thwe state & and the county wont pull over anyone there so crooked
it is amazing how much different the law enforcement is from the colorado springs area to the western slope. we truly are in a police state money generating revenue town in colorado springs. cops are not too much for the people here at all. it is very sad..
I thought you were getting pulled over at 4:10 (lol)grew up there,refused to remove my exhaust so i moved to grand junction after $600 in exhaust tickets at $60 a pop,no issue's up here really!

i agree it is all about money to the city and not about safety. it is an easy way to collect a buck.
