I really don't much about it, but may I ask can you do the same thing on satin or any other types of fabrics?

@vickvicki Hi Yes, you can use any kind of fabric that allows the needle to pass through it :)) If the fabric has a very tight weave and it is difficult to pull the needle through, use a spare chenille needle (thick, size 18 chenille needle) or an awl, to first make a hole in the fabric, before you make the stitch. Enjoy!
