So I've just completed my first week of the rack and I must say I am impressed and am motivated to finish the 3 month program. Do you still use your rack and how we're the results. I'm about the same size as you so just wondering how you feel about it now.
@tfa1985 yea I still use this every week. you are not going to put on too much noticeable size unless you take supplements or whatever protein after your workouts. again these workouts are fat shredders that keep you lean, cut, and in good shape while building functional muscles as apposed to mirror muscles
shirtless, short shorts, days of thunder sunglasses, in the front yard with his purse puppy... i don't even have to say it. erbody know what i'm talkin bout.
I went on craigslist and got a 300lb olympic bar weight set and a bench with a rack thats totally legit with spotter bars and all that, totally build like a tank, too tall to fit in my basement even, has an upper and lower pulley system AND a butterfly press machine on it. 175 bucks for it all. Dude said it was 1200 new. Point being... Spend wisely
i got this for 70 dollars at sports authority last night.....what idiot would pay 180.....but it from the store instead.....good equipment though people.....im sooo ripped....
I was lucky and found this at Target for $95.00 and people always tell me im an idiot for getting it but these short workouts are really intense! and within the first 15 minutes of the fat shredder i can barely even stand and i have about the same build as you. But yeah i encourage everyone to try the fat shredder as well as the Into the zone workouts, even for those in atletic shape will get an ass whoopin! so in my opionion it was money well spent!
good work out but was it worth $180.00? prob not...everything you did here you can do @ your house with a chair a pull up bar and some dumbbells....for a lot less the $180.00! for that kind of money i would invest in some interchangeable dumbbells and a pull up bar for fast switching assuming your fit enough to do that type of workout . good video/workout though.
@xxdjcharlierockxx thank you though the RACK is worth the price. its an all in one gym that lasts a lifetime its a fun effective piece of equipment. there are several movements that combine a number of workouts within the same motion that you cannot do with any where else. you can get replacements to try and mimic the Rack for way less than $180 however by doing so you are missing out on too many workouts only the Rack can offer. plus the DVDs layout your schedule and push you real hard
@xxdjcharlierockxx at the end of the day you have to try it your self to see what the buzz is about. No matter what kind of shape you are in the Fat Shredder DVD will challenge and kick your ass and impresses everyone

@xxdjcharlierockxx $100 at Dick's. Combine it with the ability to do various dips, modified pushups and portability, it is worth the money.
