Hi. I've bottlefed kittens for years as a volunteer. Unlike babies, kittens need to be in a sort of sitting position, with their esophagus straight, especially with milk. Being on their back can be dangeours as they can choke. But you're right there in case it happens. Just some sound and friendly advice :) Love the video.

A kitten should never be fed on it's back like this. This is not the proper way to bottle feed a kitten.  Learn the proper way to bottle feed a kitten if you want to save it's life.

The wheel of moon cheese ... Cats CAN and DO drown from being bottle fed on their backs. Great this one was okay but for future reference the milk can go down the wrong way. The safest way is kitty on belly just like it would lay if nursing on mom. I've been in rescue for years and have cared for my share of bottle babies.
