Then, idk how long you've played jazz (when you recorded this), but idk why, and i occasionally do it too, but drummers in jazz like to play in phrases, like 4 bars solo, 2 bars time, and such. try to stay off the ride for sake of time or lack of inspiration. if you were ever to play a set bar solo, then watch out for time, but in an open solo intentionally change time. idk, just my suggestion, and your ending was rockish XD
