J'en ai fait un devoir de philo sur les gnossiennes d'Erik Satie...

Et moi aussi je les trouve géniale à jouer. Mais peut être le sont elles moins à écouter ... ça expliquerait pourquoi Satie n'a pas vraiment pu vivre de sa musique.

Funny you should mention waves. The movie "Riding Giants" , about big wave surfing, has a nice slow picturesque scene with this song as the soundtrack. It fits perfect with the scene, really beautiful imagery and music.
