Why is it that when celebrities are hounded by paparazi, the celebrities take swings at those holding the camera, and the celebrities are the ones that go to jail. However similarly in this case, it is the activists that are in trouble? What was the threat? It was the 'Husband' in this case that imposed the violence and the (peaceful) activists left. They didn't have weapons they only embarassed and angered someone in a residence. big deal! such a hostile world for nonsenese.

The law is what they say it is. I dont know if thy're free to change, add or remove laws at will, but I wouldn't be surprised.

Our Goverments will only try to bring about change, if it suits there needs. Fuck the working class citizen, fuck the negative impacts these changes might have on us.

It is not a matter of disagreeing with someone's stance. What makes this group, and those like them, terroristic, is violence. Just because you want something one way, does not give you the right to force it onto others.

Violence? The animal rights movement is the least violent movement in history. Animal rights activists have not been violent. Using your terrorism definition, cops and government are the terrorists- they have forced their views on us. So- again- using your definition- forcing animals to undergo torture and be killing is terrorism because it is one person forcing their views on others. The AETA 4 were using freedom of speech- they didn't hurt or force anything on anyone.

It is pretty clear that the word "terrorism" was only included to smear the accused, so that the public will only hear that key word, and refuse to look at the facts. As soon as that word is dropped people loose all rational thought. I'm going to feature this video- I hope others feature to. It is so important that people get the facts so they can realize how unconstitutional (and immoral) AETA is. Citizens are not legally obliged to follow acts, statutes or laws that are unconstitutional.

Actually- in the USA citizens legally DO NOT have to follow unconstitutional regulations. In my district, our codes say that citizens can "break" unconstitutional laws intentionally in order to bring the constitutionality into court. I may be an anarchist, but I still know the law better than you.
