That's the HB9HD 10 metre FM repeater on 29.660. It comes in well in the UK when the short skip's running.
Soon you'll hear USA repeaters between 29.610 and 29.690 mhz. There's a whole bunch of 10 metre repeaters worldwide. The repeater channels are 10khz spaced, and the inputs are 100khz lower.

hi there its was about three mounts ago. I was in the back of my garden using my handheld scanner with a whip antenna attach to it.
