be an independency by Japan's back up first time since Korea was born.In 1894 Japan got victory to China to make Korea be free. In 1905 Japan won the Russo-Japanese War. So Korea sidled up to Japan to Join the annexation by Japan. During annexation, Japan made all infrastructure of Korea. 5500schools, 3500km railroad,Seoul newcity. But North Korea destroyed modernized Seoul.
