You missed one. During the gun store robbery Robo killed three guys not two. Total is 14 assuming no other kills were missed.

Yeah, the problem with the 2nd one is that besides the creative action scenes, the villains lack originality. The old man from the last movie is poorly explained how he turns evil just out of the bloom.

The 3rd one is an embarassment (Robocop is not for kiddies) but at least it didn't end horribly like the 2nd one which has our bad guys just randomly get away.
