Like the clothes, hair needs a bit of work, and maybe different characters for fighting style, thats just my opinion.

Dante's hair is really the best equivalent for his DMC3 look. I can think of a couple that'd be better for Vergil, though.

In terms of fighting style, Mitsurugi is good for Vergil. For Dante...well, you have quite a few choices, really. You could go for a hand to hand style, since he has a weapon for that in each game but 2 (which doesn't really count)...but Nightmare works. Soul Edge:Nautilus looks kind of like the Sparda sword as it was in DMC4, so I'd go with that, personally.

Not bad for appearances. But the voices are not very accurate, especially Vergil's voice. Also, you have a the right idea for Dante's fight style, but his sword should probably be "Claymore" because according to other players, that's the one that looks most like Rebellion.
