I upgraded from Windows Vista to Windows 7. Sometimes, when I click on the button to "eject hardware safely", I get a blue screen of death with the words "System_Exception_Error" and a code name for the error, which is stop000000xb or something like that.

So if that PC guy in this ad came up to me, I'd shove that newspaper he's reading into someplace that would make him very uncomfortable.

Sorry. Rephrase. Get smarter than the average goon who clicks on pop-ups or downloads encrypted stealer software. OS X does have virus, they are just not as wide spread because noone cares to code for them, more money is in Windows OS as everyone uses it.

no need for new battery's every six months (macbook pro, 5400 battery cycles)...no anti-virus softwars...no rebooting etc etc....when a competition tries to bring something close to what apple has to offer with similar config- 2.53Ghz, 2GB Ram, 7 hour battery, classy sophisticated design, aluminimum body etc etc, the prices start at $1699 (HP ENVY)...for all you uneducated people...pcs start at a lower price..but they are lying to you...you will need another $499 in 2 years...

the truth is, mac will always be superior to a pc...right from the beginning of time...the first windows released was stolen from apple's prototype......

everyone just has to accept it...macs are expensive because they dont offer a ridiculously low configured laptop..consumers dont always know what they need so pc companies sell them shit for $499 and conusmers feel they got a good deal which probably lasts a year...a mac will last you 3-4 years without doing anything to it..

It is funny, because watching the real ad, I like to think of the Mac guy as the PC, and vice-versa, because that's the truth, since mac people tend to over hype every single product and replace their old ones, while PC users just upgrade. not entirely, mac vs pc also encompasses the actual hardware selection inside the computers, most of that part of the argument revolves around macs being grossly overpriced whereas with a normal pc you have the option of selecting your own manufacturer or building your own pc

All of you people who say that MACS suck obviously just don't know how to properly use a MAC or Leopard, And even if you can't stand Leopard (I don't know why cause its so much better than any windows.) There is a way to get that "wonderful" windows on to every Mac cause MACS are just made better. Way faster, No Viruses or retarded expensive antivirus software, better graphics, built in Mic, Camera, editing programs for photo and music, and more memory. Just to name a few reasons.

I never said Mac sucks. I just shared my experience with them. I don't dislike them, I just don't think they are as great as their most enthusiastic user base says they are.

And as more software is made for Macs, and as more and more people buy them, use them, and develop software for them, I am sure hackers will eventually find ways to circumvent its security measures and will be intuitive enough to develop subroutines for them, such as viruses. There are some very smart people out there

I used Leopard at my friend's house, and Adobe's Illustrator and Dreamweaver each crashed three or four times in a 90 minute period. So I bought the CS4 Creative suite, put it on my customized HP (which was about $400 less than his base model iMac) and I've used for six months without a hitch.

I know I've upset the "reality distortion field," so let the down-rating and mac-fanboy trolls begin!

Macs RULE!!!! I've never had any problems on mine whether it be running snow leopard, the new iWork. I hate PCs because of all the complications like virus scans. People say macs are hard to use but I can use my mac pretty darn good whether I be playing online games in mac mode or whether I be playing sims 3 in PC mode.
