I was just hired as ramp agent by swissport, NY JFK, what is the process when you first start? They just called me to attend first training class tomorrow, they told me to bring black pen and picture id, What's next What is training about, how long, is training paid,? etc...

I think tahats Airtran if it is the blue vest he has on means he is a trainee I rember those days "Bluevest" have to take a lot of crap I was so happy when I completed training and got my yellow vest. He better hope they don't see him having so much fun
lol. one cool thing i got on video was LH rampers waiting for their A343 to arrive were playing "bounce the wand". apparently those wands rampers use to guide the plane to the gate bounce quite well. they tried to act pro and do tricks...they failed but it was still funny to watch
