Rather lugubrious tempo but I am delighted to hear Stich-Randall. It's been many decades since I last heard her sing. I am a Schubert fanatic; this lied takes me to heaven.

Beautiful song. The piano accompaniment is slightly arranged in base melody at the end of this piece. Are there another version of Schubert ? We are working this song accompanied by my guitar arrangement. Thank you for uploading this nice recording.
