on a really sunny day maybe 1000-1500

as it gets darker move your shutter speed down.

but next time i film ill try 1000 - 1500 and see how it is

yeah try to keep it between 1000-1500 during the day/ 60 or 90 at night. and personally I think the nd filter makes the colors much duller than how you actually set them. If you're using that high of a shutter speed you shouldn't need the nd filter, so just keep it off.

1000-1500! crazy..... 60-250, ND filer is like sun glasses for your camera. Switch it on if the spot is overly exposed, to hot and bright. Enough of that, the video is cool. How did you compress it?

outta premiere pro i compressed it quicktime or h.264 i forgot which one

then i made it an mpeg4 streamclip or something like that in a third party program called squared 5

that program is sick it reduced the file size by sooooooo much and still kept ok quality
