  • FUCK THE POLICE PROFITEERING GOVERNMENT PUPPETS

  • theres some decent cops, but most are freemason scumbag cunts with agenda

  • Goose Gander Pig

  • NAZI TAKEOVER PEOPLE , GROW UP AND FACE THE REALITY OF WHATS REALLY GOING ON, FLUORIDE KILLS, VACCINES KILL , CHEMICALS IN FOODS KILL , WARS KILL oh and keep paying those taxes that are just gonna keep going up and up and up and up and up and up and up , and up and up and up ....... get the picture.... everyones brains are been fried with a chemical soup and its getting harder everyday to even have a serious conversation with anyone

  • So if you're a jolly well posh English twit, you are allowed to complain against the political Police. Don't the political police realise they're not suppose to harrass the posh.

  • It is completely UNLAWFUL (Not just wrong) what the police did. In my "letter" to the IPCC (I think that is what reporter said) In America I would address such a complaint as follows: "POSITIONED TITLE OF POLICE" (referring to SHERIFF/ CAPTAIN/ CHIEF etc.) THAT PERSONS NAME, Agent. For clear example: SHERIFF DOUG GILISPIE, Agent Then you address both the corporation and the actual person, holding both "office" and "man" legally bound. Otherwise they ignore you. Like they probably did with her.

  • Everyone always remembers the bad points of the police, never remembers the good points. Has anyone thought about what this country would be like if we had no police? What would happen if the number of police we had was halved? Yes this video demonstrates what they did was wrong but I don't think anyone here can deny that the police make us feel safe at home. The same cannot be said if you lived in a third world country. Be grateful that we have such good police in this country.

  • Funy how when you watch these Cop shows and someone complains about being filmed, they are told by the Police they have no rights in the matter.

  • So did they prosecute the BBC for filming the police during last years riots?

  • Police can do what they like. Sorry if that upsets all you bleeding heart liberals. This women is simply trying to earn some money in court from the taxpayer. Don't blame the police, blame her. I'd be interested to find out if her boyfriend was carrying any drugs?

  • @Trancecomms No they can't. They have to operate within the boundaries of the law it's their job to uphold. I have respect for a lot of Police Officers who do a hard job and have to deal with some real scum but as in any work environment some of them are just arrogant, bullying arseholes. Are you one by any chance?

  • @staggabob they enforce the law, they don't uphold it...even the magic word "terrorist" can be used in any situation against any one..The system stinks

  • @Trancecomms nothing was found ... they say that at the start

  • What was the outcome of the high court hearing then?

  • december 23rd 2011 my girlfriend and i were buying some groceries from our local store, then we saw via the front window 6 cops subdue a guy on the footpath, 1 sat on his legs, 2 by his middle area and 2 behind him holding his hands behind his back, then 1 cop knelt down near the guys head and started punching him full on ,8 punches into the face !! we started filming with our mobile phone, once they saw we were filming they tried to take the phone off of us !! we did not consent to it and left.!

  • @crazyknight2008

so how did it end ?did u take them to court?

  • Its not illegal to film police if it is for evidence for an upcoming court case

  • @TheAustralianArmy What crap you talk bet you agree with armies killing babies as long as they get their man, like when NATO scum fucks killed 29 in a village in Afghanistan inc 15 children and babies to get 1 militant. Every piece of shit that represents the state has rules to work by and the spineless scum in the police break those rules regularly then cower behind the state and use the state to cover up their crimes. The police are an embarrassing corrupt contemptuos org full of thugs

  • c'mon no-ones called fred anymore!!!!! lol

  • BULLSHITTTTT...This stupid bitch should have just fucking handed it over...the Police aren't fucking thiefs, all they would do is delete the video. I hate it when people don't do what the Police say and then complain that they got arrested...

  • @TheAustralianArmy

It's that sort of attitude that leads to Orwellian societies. Not only was she not breaking the law, but she was exercising her fundamental rights as a British citizen. The only people in this story who broke the law were those police, and if the police are breaking the law then there is something seriously wrong with the situation.

  • @Qw3rtypop People like you take them for granted, because you're ignorant of other countries around the world. Without Police you would not be in the safe little bubble you are right now. You should start thinking about the benefits they give rather than all the little things that people like you complain about. The only time you will ever have a problem with the Police is if you are breaking the law...dumbass

  • @TheAustralianArmy

This is not about other countries or their laws, they have no jurisdiction here. This is about Britain, its laws and its police. This woman had a problem with the police, but she wasn't breaking the law. So much for your theory.

Also if you look at my comment I was polite, whereas you decided to needlessly insult me by calling me an ignorant dumbass. Learn some manners you crude little man.

  • @Qw3rtypop You're all the same...people who don't respect people with authority simply because they have Authority. You are either ill-educated "chavs" or someone who thinks they are superior to everyone else. You have grown up with a problem with Authority and you still haven't gotten over it.

And as for my rude comment...1. By the sound of you, it's probably right 2. I get sick and tired of ignorant little assholes who can't stand someone telling them what to do.

  • @TheAustralianArmy

why should they be allowed to delete it?she has every right to film them 4 evidence.

u can't speak 4 every police officer how do u know they aren't thiefs?do u know each and every1 of them personally?

  • @lail111 No she doesn't. She has to have a permit just like all the TV cop camera shows do. Don't make points that are incorrect...it's embarrassing. And no your right I can't speak for every coppa out there but neither can you...The thing is mate, you are one of those people who just complain at everything, the thing is, you would probably be dead without someone their to protect you, i.e. Police. Stop taking them for granted!

  • @TheAustralianArmy

What permit? Unless you are filming for commercial purposes you do not need any permit do film in public in the UK, none whatsoever.

Metropolitan police advice on filming :

"Members of the public and the media do not need a permit to film or photograph in public places and police have no power to stop them filming or photographing incidents or police personnel."

    SOURCE: wwwDOTmetDOTpoliceDOTuk/about/photographyDOThtm

  • @AngryBugger2012 If your too dumb to undertand what someones trying to say, this is gonna be hard...I didn't say anything about filming in PUBLIC...??!!! I was saying you need Police authority to film them, i.e. Road Wars, Police Interceptors (programs on tele) can't just film the Police...they get the permission of who's in charge. If your going to have a problem with authority, move to the FUCKING DESERT.

  • @TheAustralianArmy Sorry did I just quote the Law and you turned out to be 100% WRONG

Start commenting on my laws when you have a Purple Passport, until then STFU you are wrong.

YOU DO NOT NEED ANY PERMIT TO FILM THE POLICE

YOU DO NOT NEED ANY PERMIT TO FILM IN PUBLIC

Type MET POLICE PHOTOGRAPHY ADVICE into google and so what the Met have to say, and once again they say don't listen to the numpty from Oz.

    lice uk/about/photography htm

  • @TheAustralianArmy Fuck you, sunshine. How can a foreign devil like you you tell me to leave my own fucking country because our laws aren't to your liking.

A lot of people in Britain used to disagree with the Law, break it even. So we made them "move to the fucking desert", those were your convict grandfathers.

And before you accuse my of racism, you have just been pwned by a dual-citizen

No worries eh, too easy mate.

  • @AngryBugger2012 Lol jokes on you! I am a DUAL CITIZEN! haha tool...Born in Britain, all my family lives in Britain, But I lived in Australia for a while. So before you act all proud of your desperate comeback...Please get your facts right. lol And FYI you are still wrong I said you need there permission just like you need anyones permission to film them...idiot

  • @TheAustralianArmy Well the Metropolitan Police disagree with you, and no you can film anyone without permission, you cant SELL the film without permission in the form of a "Release form".

Go to the Met website and look for yourself, it's there to read in plain English, also there have been notable court rulings to the effect that there is no tort of privacy, or general right of privacy within English Law, for example Kaye v Robertson [1991] FSR 62.

  • @AngryBugger2012 Looks like you just got "pwned" by a Dual citizen!

  • @TheAustralianArmy If someone films you in public they aren't breaking the law with or without your permission and if you don't like being filmed the best thing to do is get out of shot whatever that entails.

Don't make assumptions about Law, actually find out for yourself.

And why would police acting in a legitimate manner fear being filmed? Surely should any matter be pursued in court the more evidence available the better?

  • @AngryBugger2012 Actually people take others to court for filming them without their permission all the time. And the fact you actually troll through the Met website finding out laws and taking them all into your narrow mind so that you can outsmart a Police Officer, just shows your upbringing really doesn't it - you can't stand someone telling you what to do

  • @TheAustralianArmy

"you can't stand someone telling you what to do"

And who has the right to?

  • @AngryBugger2012 "And who has the right to?"

Ugh the Police with the authority that was given to them by the fucking Government. Please don't have children and release more of your DNA in to this countries gene pool. It has enough disrespectful people as it is

  • @TheAustralianArmy

oh piss off we all entitled to our opinions who are u to dictate what we should and shouldn't think?the police are assholes who abuse their power and u don't know me so don't tell me what kind of a person i am.

  • @lail111 pathetic. Police are not assholes...you are. Obviously your mummy and daddy didn't bring you up with the decency and respect for others.

  • @TheAustralianArmy

my mum and dad brought me up to respect those who respect me ,not blindly obey and follow.obviously u were brought up to be a mug and u obey, without question if that's what u like good luck to u but don't expect others 2 be just like u.goodbye don't bother reply back .

  • @lail111 You don't want me to reply because you're realizing your invalid argument is going nowhere. I'm a mug? because I don't break the law and and don't disrespect Police? What is this world turning into..............................

  • @TheAustralianArmy "Actually people take others to court for filming them without their permission all the time"

And when have they been successful, how do the papparazzi manage to film whoever, whenever, and not get sued? How can CCTV mast be going up everywhere if filming is Illegal?

I show you the law and the best you can do is stick your fingers in your ears and moan "is not is not is not!"

I hope a cop beats you

  • @AngryBugger2012

    lool your right.

  • @TheAustralianArmy " just shows your upbringing really doesn't it"

What raised able to read? Raised to check the available information instead of going with idiotic knee-jerk assumptions? Raised to let go of beliefs when evidence turns up to contradict them? Raised to know that the law is written down in books and making it up as you go along is ridiculous?

I show you plain evidence and unable to take being wrong, you piss and whine and try to play the man not the ball.

    Grow up little boy.

  • @AngryBugger2012 I know your type. I give up because there is really no point arguing with someone as narrow minded as you are. The fact is Police are there to do a job in upholding the law. Police are way too soft as it is. They should have so much more power than they currently do. You hope they beat me?..mature. The thing is, I am a law abiding citizen, so they won't touch me...pay them a bit of respect, their doing a really hard job, having to deal with disrespectful waste of lifes everyday

  • @TheAustralianArmy "I know your type." You know nothing. I have a commendation from my local force for helping an officer who was being choked by a guy leaning over from the back of the car*, I give respect when it's due, or help when it's due, but not allow my self to be bullied. No Law prevents you filming Police.

*next time he'll remember no matter how compliant a guy is the handcuffs go round the back or palms over wrists, never prayer position too easy to loop your arms over the headrest.

  • @AngryBugger2012 Well why make your comments sound like you're stereotyping the whole fucking Police force...!!!! Well done by the way. I am guessing you have had a bad experience?? Well do really expect every single officer to be to be perfect. Some officer's have literally given up on the world due to all the things and disgusting people they have had to deal with, you should take that into account when a cop isn't "Mista Nice guy". But what about the "Anti-terrorism Act"?

  • @TheAustralianArmy "Well why make your comments sound like you're stereotyping the whole fucking Police force."

Read my comments I haven't made comments like that, I just put you right about not needing permission thing, and obviously the exchange between us has got heated, I film quite often round my neck of the woods, particularly in the case of 3 specific officers who are known for heavy handedness and racism, I just make an appointment with the inspector every month or so and show him.

  • @TheAustralianArmy But yeah I and many other in my area have had bad experiences with the local police and it's amazing how often the same descriptions turn up, and it's the same handful of officers each time, I have a few friends amongst the local cops and they are just as pissed off with the "jobsworth" cops, and they are very helpful, once I saw a group of lads mobbed by a dozen cops because one had a bottle of beer (he was 19) one in plain clothes holding a baton in a young girls face....

  • @AngryBugger2012 About the part where those group of lads got "mobbed" by the cops, well sometimes cops need to take action that some may find un-necessary so that they can make sure things don't happen like the lads run away, or they pull a weapon on them for example. Just because something turns out to be minor or incorrect, they have to take that sort of action just incase it does turn into a dangerous situation. for example did you not feel like you wanted to help the cops at the riots?

  • Comment removed

  • @TheAustralianArmy As for the riots my question was where were the Met for the first three days? A protest turned ugly, people started fighting. the police should have reacted at that point. Instead three days later it has become a general riot and loot THEN the Metropolitan Police react at that point the only sensible reaction is water cannons(safer and more effective than CS), For Serious Civil Disorder (Not Civil Disobedience) you react with force, protect the public, arrests are secondary.

  • @AngryBugger2012 That's what I am trying to say!! It's not the actual Police individuals fault. It goes higher. You can't blame the Police for the riots. They were told they couldn't do anything. The Police, just like me and all my mates, wanted to get in there and smash up all the mugs that don't give a shit about the guy to their left or right. Did you notice that the last day was the day they were told they could use batons on anyone they felt were a threat...?

  • @TheAustralianArmy "They were told they couldn't do anything."

Yeah. The riots were allowed to occur, the Government pretends their inaction was over human rights or community cohesion or some other shit that pisses off the nationalists and once the tracksuit dole office daily mail readers are good and pissed off with all brown folks the Government gives police more powers, more intrusion rights but where are all the riots?

However, any policeman who assaults an occupy protester should be fired

  • @AngryBugger2012 Classic Divide and Conquer.

  • @AngryBugger2012 To be honest, I don't think we are going to ever have the same view. But that's alright I respect your views as long as you see no one can be perfect but at least the Police are TRYING to make the country a better place :). Any way, good debating the point with you. I'm sure we both learned some stuff from each other. :)

  • @TheAustralianArmy ....... I filmed it, questioned the officers as to whether it was really necessary, he told me if I didn't like it I should write to my local MP, I said I would, when I took the tag numbers off of the tape and went to the station with them the station officer was very helpful, gave me surnames to match the numbers and an appointment with the Inspector, after that meeting funnily enough I saw the rude officer in the hallway, I said "I'm meeting Nadine (Local MP) next week."

  • i hate all the 'all cops are scum' comments, but i feel the public should have every right to film them as they have every right to film us,ie travic car cameras, cctv etc.

  • @stellastey Yes I think the 'all cops are scum' comments are pointless and show a great ignorance. During my process of trying to become a constable many years ago I talked to and interviewed many outstanding men/women who were fair and honest however the role has changed from constable into officer which is unfortunate and deliberate. It is a shame but many of these people I spoke to years ago warned me about what is coming and advised me not to join by explaining the difference

  • @eldrak21 How did they foresee this change in policing?

  • @koolyman Check your dictionary...

Originally: Looking after the Lord's or Monarch's HORSES.

    Police Constable = Peacekeeper

Police Officer = Law EnFORCEr.............. ;)

(To be fair, there are still many policemen who haven't had this explained to them)

  • @eldrak21 FUCK THE POLICE. Bunch of power hungry arseholes. Stick that badge up your arse sideways.

  • @stellastey Fuck that, ALL cops ARE scum.

  • @stellastey thats bc most coppers are scum. they have authoritarian issues. and think they can behave how ever they want and u cannot say or do anything about it. the whole organisation stinks to high heaven. take this lady for instance, goes and complains and they ignore her. the whole system is corrupt, police, politicians, the lot. something needs to change, but i fear it will take a civil war for that to happen or 1000 years.

  • @stellastey We do, anyone who tells you otherwise is lying. Check the Photography advice page of the Metropolitan Police website.

  • police should be forced to have cameras on their uniforms at all times by law

  • Cops using Anti Terror laws to prevent filming is an easy one to sort out. If cops tell you to stop filming under anti terror law one has to assume that's there a terror threat and i'd suggest one shouts that "there's a possible terror threat according to the cop" he area loud as possible to warn other members of the public. AS we all know cops would NEVER Lie to members of the public:))

  • He must restrain his dangerous shoulder.

  • I swear the police don't know the law...

  • 'stop and search' aka guilty till proven innocent + racial profiling aka if you're black or asian you're more likely to be a con aka fascism

  • The Met are scum to a man, weak and corrupt.

  • Combined Exforces (Cxf) are a paramilitary organisation, we are serving and ex serving personnel from the armed forces, treason has been committed since at least 1972, traitors in parliament have surrendered British sovereignty to a foreign power, namely the European Union, without the consent of the British people and not through force of arms, report this crime to the nearest police officer, if they do not pursue the crime, they are guilty of misprision of treason, join us at Cxf nfse

  • Don't the police regularly have cameras fitted to their uniform so that they can film? What about TV pogs which show the police doing their job and even film people in police stations? This seems a double standard to me. What was the result?

  • what is happening to this world?

  • Time and time again the police ignore the fact they are employed to up-hold the law, and not there to break the laws nor make up their own versions of those laws. It's about time all police officers are held accountable for their crimes against the public.

  • well done girl its about time the police know they do not have rights to make there own laws up its ok for them to film us and to have cctv every where so what gives them more right last time i looked we are all the same and we have police to help us but there just bullys in police clothes

  • this why all the fucking worthless-ass corrupt racist douchebag cops should be publically tortured & executed. hell, id televise it. cops are totalitarian vermin

  • it is against the law to film the police but everywhere you go there are cctv camera's filming us so surely the councils are breaking the law as well.

  • Facist Coppers. Just Nazis trying to control the public by fear. Any one who disagrees is either a pig or a deluded ignorant twat

  • @ScooterAlfie You presume to speak for EVERY single person in the police force do you?

  • @Sidowse Yes, Yes I do.

  • Its all ok for her to say they envoke the law of not being allowed to film the police but its when she has a relative blown up by a terrorist that her opinion will change! if they police stopped her boyfriend it was because they had reason too and because she wanted to film it to show her friends or post it on facebook for a laugh she didnt like it when she was told to show respect for the law! people need to stop giving police shit and then shit like this wouldnt happen!

  • Comment removed

  • @TheInformalstyle Funny how you say "probably" and then go on to say "Funny how they never mention that in the interview" when did your proberbly become fact? Maybe they never mentioned it because it "proberbly" never happened.

  • why does nobody respect the police?

  • @pranky4 Because the minority of bad officers give the rest a bad name and by the time you get to 30 most people will have had the missfortune to run into one of these officers.

  • @LooseRivet2103 MINORITY of bad cops?

  • about time this shows how the police use any excuse to do as they please there too scared of being caught on camera because they are heavy handed bullying thugs that lie and arrest people on jumped up charges they expect us to anwser whatever question they want and cant do so themselves shame on them

  • Strange how there is no video evidence of this. What are the chances she made it up to get on tv?

  • @Runners121 1.04 to 1.18 "Mobile Phone Footage" It is always best to watch the full video before commenting ;)

  • The Police must hate youtube, So many video's of silly police officers abusing their powers and making themselves look like TITS! Its no wonder that some of these stupid cops end up getting shot in the face.

  • @AtomicFrog1 I'd love to see the vid of you when you need help - another whiney assed twat bigging it up for the internet! Pratt. And as for people making themselves look like tits - well - you scored!

  • @BadcatV Well it looks like my comment hit a raw nerve. Maybe you are one of these power happy police officers yourself? or have close family that is in the force i don't know? But lets be honest here, Many Police officers have not got the best track record for their attitude and behaviour and the way they deal with some situations. The Police hate a video camera being pointed at them and always try to say its an offense, Yet they can stick a camera up other peoples Arse and expect us to smile.

  • another nice little middle class girl being bullied oh my god why dont them police pick on the real criminals you know the working class housing estate types shame on them!

all sarcactic rermarks aside the metropolitan police are.....SCUM

  • You should film the police so they wont act out of line and try and abuse there powers as they clearly do ther is plenty of evidence on you tube to support this

  • If you are not a terrorist, druggie or freak who carries weapons, then you have nothing to fear from officers who have occasion to search you. IF you are, then f### up and take whats coming to you!

  • All to common abuse of powers I am afraid. Police are so useless that they pick on innocent members of the public out of bredom. And when you protest your innocence, they get heavy handed. Then they start quoting laws that are not applicable to justify their unlawful actions.

  • Your mind read your _" PASS-WORD" and the "Artificial Telepathy" users (USULY ARE PEOPLE THAT WORK IN SECURITY and CONTROL-ROOM (Israeli's people that work in SHIN-BEIT and MODIYIN) -record thoughts and read it! I'm right now -this moment reading my pass-words and some1 in upper floor can read my PASS-WORD using "Artificial Telepathy" mimicking what ever I do! Watch out for the "SHIN-BEIT" - "MODIYIN" and "MOSSAD" - (Israeli-Army) They are Jews and Arabs mixed - NO SECRETS OUT THERE!

  • I think UK police are getting a bit dick heady, are they not public servants anymore? has the law changed and no one told the public ?

  • Wouldn't have happened if she stayed in the kitchen. Just saying.

  • Hmmm anti terrorism act. Interesting...

  • as a law abiding citizen, finding myself of the wrong side of the law because of these thick arrogant policy enforcement officers i find it annoying, maybe it would be nice if they all died.

  • @scotchbeefster Bit of twat yourself aren't you!

  • @Ndugu82 sorry, thought you were my friend richard.........a twat, thats a bit over the top don't you think, no need for the insults i say.

  • @Ndugu82 Come on dude, don't hold back let it all out.

  • @TheYemeniSoulSinger The thing is, that was the past, I'm not saying the police force is 100% legal, but then again there are so many companies out there which are corrupt and get away with it. The police does protect the public, although the public doesn't realize or appreciate it. The police get a battering from their peers, during the london riots politicians were hammering the effectiveness of the police. I've always had a positive view of the police, some officers are brutal, some unlawful.

  • People need to watch:

The Federal Reserve Exposed Part One

  • pigs

  • If you get stopped and searched and you're not carrying drugs or weapons you have nothing to worry about. The police are usually polite about this procedure and after all, they are doing it ultimately to protect us. If on the other hand you are a moaning little bitch like this and you're out to prove some kind of point then the police probably wont have much patience with you.

  • @Ndugu82 your a dick

  • @Ndugu82 I completely agree with you. If the couple had nothing to hide, then the procedure could of gone smoothly.

Honestly I've been stopped for possession and as long as you stay calm and don't pick a fight, not much will happen to you, you might even be let off.

The police are humans, who don't want videos of them selves posted on Youtube, and being trolled on or insulted.

  • Comment removed

  • @LooseRivet2103 Police officers then give up trying when they can't get a conviction and become demotavated, crime rises and the public lose respect for the police.

All because one officer thought he could impress his mates by abusing his power.

  • @LooseRivet2103 Yeah, that's a disgusting abuse of power that you described and I obviously condemn that kind of behaviour. The problem is its just an isolated example and while I've no doubt there are thousands of other similar abuses by the police, I believe most of them try to do a good job. I don't particularly like the police (what kind of person would want to become a cop?) but I find the automatic, parroted, non-thinking hatred of the police by young people annoying. Fact is we need them.

  • Is she gonna pay for it?

  • and thats my opinion

  • and i swear mi6 army bring drugs in to brittian the police cant chat shit i think they are working with each other the police do stop and search to cover up for mi6 or somthing i think thats how they do it you never no mi6 has power over police and the army the public the army have power over public and the police but the police have power over public

  • Why would you film them? Stop causing trouble!

  • @pokerstarshark your a coward shitbag

  • IT IS LEGAL TO FILM THE BRITISH POLICE.

The police need specific permission to perform duties under anonymity, such as a cordon to prevent crime scene contamination or a live operation in a public area like a siege. But even then, if you can see them from the boundary, you can still film them.

Why there are still so many police officers who are unaware of this is beyond me. You would think that the upper echelons would want to educate their staff, to prevent the embarassment.

  • @Rabilay1 So they did fraud?

  • fuck the bbc :(

  • WHO GIVES A FUCK YOUR BF MUST LOOK SHADY SO SHUT THE FUCK UP THERE JUST DOING THERE JOB

  • @ELECTRA1204 you are a thick eyes closed twat.

  • Comment removed

  • This was 2009,what was the outcome of this?

  • @69liverpoollad anti terrorism law followed up by this stands that you can film in a public place. You cannot film if you are filming for terrorist purposes so basically keep filming these people doing their job wrong. you can find this on the bbc site.

  • I NEED LEGAL HELP ON WALKING MY DOGS IN PRISON CAN ANYONE HELP? youtube.com/watch?v=-bF111a_mA0&feature=channel_video_title

  • @getcarternow On two occasions I have been stopped by police for driving too fast late at night and they were really nice about it, no fine, no points etc. Although I was careful to never admitt how fast I was going. Police are just people. Some are reasonable and intelligent, others are stupid and unreasonable. However, Its often only the stupid and unreasonable police that make it to the news/Youtube.

  • @Sidowse ". However, Its often only the stupid and unreasonable police that make it to the news/Youtube"

Maybe that is because only the stupid and unreasonable people film the police--- people who film the police acutally want the police to behave in a unreasoable way --so they can put it on youtube ( because it makes better footage)

  • @Sidowse twat

  • @Sidowse I don't think you realize how bad this is. I worked for the Denver police dept. for 2 years. There is bribes circling around all over the place, there extremely corrupt. They used to place bets on how many blacks they could beat up that week. They would strip search people (usually women) just cause they felt like it, they would just make up an excuse to arrest you. I've seen an elderly black man get beat up by a female officer for standing on the street corner.

  • @Kilox1000

4real?were they brought 2 justice or did it get away with it?

  • @lail111 of course not. who going to bring justice to them? this is normal in most city police departments.

  • LOL, Fred!

  • Keep filming the police.

  • We are trying to reestablish our constitution here in America. Our constitution was amended a couple years after being signed and the first 10 amendments were intended to give us rights. I hope enough Americans will step forward and demand the constitution be followed by our government. What we see in this video is happening in the US too along with much more. I hope Americans that realize the trouble will register for the primaries and vote for Ron Paul in 2012.

    Ron Paul 2012

  • As a photojournalist can I just say that S44 was replaced by the Condem government-with a 'watered down version'- I need no permission to take any picture in a public place-with just a few exceptions.I need no permission from any council or Police force and that is my legal right same as everyone else-there are, however, despite ACPO guidelines and Met instructions some officers who have limited knowledge of the laws on photography.

  • Hilarious you sheep bunch of herd animals. Anti terrorism law is exactly like Americas patriot law. Both laws with evil intentions under the guise of a fictitious threat in order to remove your basic freedoms. You are being bamboozalled you are being enslaved. Control and power. Welcome to fascism Jews lmao you are dumb herd animals though. Save me from the terrorist. Ask mr rothchild lol your real king.....

  • @tf1977sled I would say that about 80% of the most retarded u tube comments originate from the US. Maybe its the obesity and diet that causes this. What do you think asswipe?

  • @mrlemongrower How old are you? Good luck when you end up on the wrong side of the law... which, by the way is becoming easier and easier to be. Go and film the police and you'll find out.

  • both she, and the officers did something wrong, she was filming how the officers deal with things without their consent, and the officers should have got a female officers to get the phone off her and deal with her

  • @dudesonsrock23 Why would you need consent to film a public servant? We pay them you know. It is called accountability, something they want to avoid, which is EXACTLY why this kind of law is brought in.

  • @saladfingers123456 First of all, love the profile name. But the law is part of the antiterrorism act, but a lot of officers don't judge what is breaking it that well. And yes, i know that they are payed by the tax payers money, which also means they pay themselves as well. But back to the original point, to be able to film officers, the officer's full co-operation is required, so if they say to stop you must to stop, and also you must have permission from you local police force and council.

  • @dudesonsrock23 I understand what you are saying, but the point is that filming the police has nothing at all to do with terrorism... unless it is stemming from they themselves. It is a most dubious law, and as you point out, one which even the police don't understand.

The police are not above the law and should remain accountable for their actions, and being filmed by the public should not be against the law. I've not been given any kind of suitable answer as to what this law achieves. Meh :)

  • @saladfingers123456 Yeah I know, what they have done is is nothing to do with terrorism, but the only law that I've been able to find is about that, the do mention in the video do mention that it's a terrorism law, hence me saying its a misunderstanding.

I agree that the police are not above the law and should be held accountable for their actions. Also I have tried to find out the reason behind it being illegal to film the police, but had no success. I think it's paranoia by the government.

  • @dudesonsrock23 you know fuck all

  • @scotchbeefster probably :)

  • Fellow flesh and blood humans, Please grow up and learn who you really are, and were you live.

  • Citizens don't have any right's, they only have right's given to them!. If you don't claim your right's you don't have any. And I for one don't want cival right's I want inailable right's that god gave me, If you are a citizen you are under corporations. God made man, man made corporation, corporation controls citizen. I'd prefer to be flesh and blood human being under god not man!
