@pietromestu Its not about what he could use to sound good its about the fact that i spent a months salary on his signature Head and Cab from Cornford. Just saying if he puts his name on something he should use it

@CMSpida he used marshalls his entire early career, plexi/jcm900. then he signed with cornford and really supported the brand. I believe that if it wasnt for Kotzen and Govan, they would never be such a big brand today. As for the fact that he switched back to marshalls it also has to do with the way he tours... he was playing 30w marshall heads... his signt. cornford amp is ridiculously loud. Its just practical to go with marshalls...

Even when he signed with cornford he said he used a Fender Vibroking ($10.000,00+) for some recordings... Don't feel bad cause if he was using cornford its because he definitely thought it was the best
@CMSpida For international small venues tours Richie do not carry his amps with him. His contract specifies that the venue should get him a Cornford amp or if that cannot be done, some marshalls
THat's why in latin american tours you'll probably always gonna see him using marshalls :)
@fuzzguitarra2 in an interview on eddie trunks xm radio show, kotzen said that he was using hand wired marshall low watt heads (5-20 watts) and that his cornford thing was done, but the signature amp is still shown on the cornford sight
