You could take off the plastic(?) ballast from the track and fit a foam underlay? Might make the noise quieter.

@tom9ification The plastic ballast cannot be removed. It's all one molded piece. It will be much quieter when scenery is applied to the layout.

Maybe you can solve the noise problem with carpet underlay (so you wont slip on carpets...). I use it on my N scale layout, and its perfect :-)

Its cool, but put something in the middle, please! A pencil, your hand, a matchbox.... anything to demonstrate, how little is this.

really awesome but i still reckon n scale is better. you can fit more in and can use it without needing tweezers to operate it

i think n would be best cause its not too big and not too small my grandad models N i have HO i think N is way better but it realy depends on what u want your layout to be

TT Scale is much better than N. You can actually scratchbuild kits without the need to use tweezers and magnifying glasses.
