Eva told you in the cut-scene, you could also have asked the Major on what to do than just looking it up on the computer. you have a team to back you up, you never call them so I guess you couldn't know they are there to help if you get stuck.

I feel really sorry for Phil. He try so hard not to use Codec because he thought it just nothing but for goofing around. He anti it so bad that he not using on purpose. He might even think that codec will make viewer get bored. ended up throw away one of the most useful feature of the game. Just has to tell you that this is not as bad as it look. If people like a game with only conversation like Phoenix Wright Series. I'm sure they will like this one too. Just take time.
