i agree the 'waving' line was aimed at the eye toy meaning they developed it from the eyetoy. they mustve thought jus waving your arms around lacks something and came up with the move as a link between the ingame avatar and the person playing :D
yeah but its so different you don't need a wand but they wanted to make real games so they need buttons to shoot with and so on. THE EYE and natal can't track finger they track your arm as a whole. which is why they add the wand and PS eye toy and wand stuff is old like before windows xp old.Windows 98 old. that why when people say natal is new i go "NO" is not is been done before search youtube for head reacking ans see for your self nothing natal does is new sony had done it already.
OMG, did I say what? Remember that NATAL is in many ways not a camera, though. It's also a sensor that picks up different body parts and separates them and allows your body to be transfered into a realtime 3D world (not as a 3D mesh, though)
I like the wand better than NATAL, people don't seem to appretiate respositivity anymore, and PS3 delivers the most responsive console gaming experience.
@gameonbro: Are you 100% a PS3 fanboy? I just said that I like the PS motion controller better than I like the Wiimote and Natal. And I haven't even tried it! I'm not saying it's a rip-off, I'm saying it bears obvious simimilarities. Can't argue with that. It's not a rip-off, and besides people have been ripping each other off for years. The rumble function, the Dualshock controller design, the PS Store design. All of them and many more has been re-used by others.
