This wasn't a riot and this really was a prison. This was their dicipline. They forced each prisoner to learn these moves as their dicipline and if they didn't they didn't something worse to them or something. xD i love watching this.

propably since they are a poor country, they can't afford gym equipement (weights & shit) so they hire a coegrapher to teach them how to dance. the reason why prisons have gym stuff is that its to keep the prisoners busy and I think it helps them clean thier mind while they are beating the shit out of a puching bag.
