I read a blog about telekinesis and Psychokinesis, and it said that you need to imagine it moving, and you need to imagine that you're actually the pencil (Pencil test) How do you do it, whenever you do this, what goes through your mind? Other than concentrating on the paper

What a load of shite! How convenient that the paper is placed on a gap in the table, and so close the edge. Either you have a piece of cotton attached to it threw the table gap, or nice hearty breathing which any noise is covered by the TV.
