i know!! i hate them, i would buy a new printer but i don't see why i should, i'm just hoping they develop drivers, which i seriously doubt they will cos they suck!! i noticed that most printers that are compatible with leopard are like £50+ no cheap £20 ones like what i could use!!
I asked them a long time ago and they told me "check our never printers for Vista compatibility" :p
So I'm using it either on my XP laptop or an XP virtual machine...
Same with the scanner but at least Canon told me "we have a loyalty program so we can give you a newer scanner with a discount in exchange for your old one"
Lucky you! i've got nothing of the sort! I was hoping that there would be a generic driver that would atleast read that the thing is plugged in! but alas there isn't :(
When all is said and done, I think this project will be amazing. Chris has a great mind when it comes to "what should be" in the world of tech. He's on the right track!
In a sense, yes. Look at it like an online version of Linux. Open source is definitely the way to go. It allows for much more development and a better user experience. It's about time someone is taking the right step in the right direction.
chris , & others ,I have visited your web site & on more than one occation while in the shadows I had wathed while several people had had asked for some help on one thing or the other . With the individuals that are regs. at your show would help them or make a sugestion. Im very disapointed in your show and people that are capable of sugesting or helping.
I think your looking for an extensive list of personal questions distributed to the world that after automatic examination, represents people with colors. People can therefore look at a color spectrum like the ones when customizing a color in an image editing program, click a shade, and connect with people within that shade. Something to build on.
Cool interesting... I have only loaded ~5 minutes. I'm going to keep it loading and watch the whole thing. This sounds really interesting, but do you think an amateurish person can use it? Well, I'm "quite" good at computers but I'm not sure I can handle those PHP, MySQl, Apache, or whatever those things are without help or something.
I use Joomla, but drupal is great too.

These OS calls are always like a giant tip-jar, donate to me while I busk on the Internet.
I don't like the idea of social networking becoming social relevant which is basically social control. I hate ranking.

Wow! 45 minutes!
I enjoyed watching your enthusiams and hope that everything works out.
Drupal is great - I've been using it for my websites since I stumbled across it on the web when it was still version 4.7 or something.
I'm absulutely sure you're on the right track using this particular CMS to let your vision come true.
