@beeble2003 you can make mayo last for months if you lacto ferment it. You add a small amount of whey, leave at room temperature for about 8 hours and the bacteria grow and preserve it. Same idea as yogurt.

bamix is a high quality long lasting immersion blender, reliable and it has different atachments. Is it expensive? Hell YES! Can you do just as well for 95% of your needs with a much less expensive immersion blender... yup. But if you use it all the time like he does why not get something that doesn't break and has all the bells and whistles? I do fine with my Warrior brand ( cost me 60 bucks). A 350 dollar immersion blender? Only if your rich. : )

It's weird watching these and having everyone say that he's sold out. I've actually been in the kitchen at Claridges. They actually do use this device quite a lot. It's fast, which is the point and clean. But it's not like each kitchen has like piles of these. They might have 3 or 4, but that's about it.

I used to have one of these blenders. It makes mayo in seconds, like he is doing. It is a great product. I wish I could afford another one.
