@cheyennelove19 Go pee as much as you want. When it comes to be about 30-45 mins before your test, take vitamins to color your urine. You want to drink around 2-3 glasses of water and pee until youre almost certain the vitamins are in your next stream. In other words, pee until you see color in your urine. Then make sure you still have to use the restroom when you get to the testing place. But you'll pass everytime doing all that and using mid-stream
This works... Take it from an expert. I'm 19 and just got a real job because of this method. Then again I was active for 3-5 days before the test and went through about 5 gallons of water in that time-frame. I was sure I was going to fail, then did this method on the day of (adding vitamins about 30-45mins before the test to color your urine) (Also you need to dilute the color with more water so it's not as noticeable) - But it works.

Whatever thc that wound up in your piss because of exercise will be flushed out, and as the water passes through, it would be almost impossible for the thc to attach itself. Thus giving you a clean sample. If you eat, thc may be able to attach itself to the fat!
@TusselWithMe i do agree dilution is the best method, however i just disagree working out the day of. yes, the day before but not the day. if you purge through sweating up to the last day i wouldn't take the chance of purging fat calls which can cause your urine to be concentrated with thc metabolites. that means even more drinking water and more urinating which is a pain in the ass.

The no eating + exercise might work. I have a theory: I'd start with no eating the evening before the day of the test. Begin water Consumption. Workout before you go to bed and continue to consume water. Wake up consume water, and work out again. Take your test.

Hi, just a quick question. Your method sounds good. Although I dont understand, when you mention exercise on the day of the test...you said it is good and extremely helpful. I dont see the science in that. If you exercise on an empty stomach (as you advise) your body will use your carb stores for energy and then move on to fat molecules. Once the fat molecules begin breaking down, THC will be processed.

yea i agree with the guy above work out but two days before the test STOP. i passed all my tests by working out the week before and drinking yogi detox tea(can buy it almost anywhere) but its important to stop the tea and working out 2 days before the test, during these 2 days eat alot of fat so you got new fat cells that are clean. and the detox drinks dont alter ph levels it gives you abnormally high creatine levels which alot places test for.

thc is a waste that excretes through your kidneys. a little bit of thc drops into your kidneys every few hours. if you drink about a gallon in the hour befoere your test, water will fill up your kidneys, sweep up the thc thats been dripping into your kidneys and itll all come right out in your piss. so drink about a gallon, piss once, then go into the test and that second piss should be clean. but, not too long after, more thc will start to fill up in your kidneys so this is a temporary flush

I smoked for about 5 days non stop all day for 5 days. I am now at day 23 I think and I am still pissing dirty. I have been running 5 miles 4 times an weeks during this period and have been drinking basically nothing but green tea and water. My weight is or was 220 I actually dropped down to about 206 in the 23 days. I know THC is stored in body fat so my plan is just to continue to loose weight. Also an friend of mine said DO NOT work out 2 days before the test and wake up and drink an ton.

The no eating + exercise might work. I have a theory: I'd start with no eating the evening before the day of the test. Begin water Consumption. Workout before you go to bed and continue to consume water. Wake up consume water, and work out again. Take your test.
---> Reason being is when you don't eat your body goes into a Fat Storing mode & focuses on burning strictly muscle because it 'thinks' it's starving. I'm unaware if marijuana is stored in muscle tissue, could be, but unsure.

strongly disagree with excersize the day of piss test. wile you do need to excersize prior to the day of to purge your system, this can break loose the thc that is stored in your fat cells and cause your urine to be contaminated.

water can be substituted for gatorade also ur forgetting to mention to take A few vitamin b complex before the test so ur urine will turn from clear to yellow. WHen ur urine is clear the test labs will be suspicous u were flushing so u NEED to take the vitamin b complex an hour before the test so ur urine will look a "NORMAL YELLOW". Another a few teaspoons of salt to ur gatorade it wont tast good but will help ur urine become more natural

Hi, just a quick question. Your method sounds good. Although I dont understand, when you mention exercise on the day of the test...you said it is good and extremely helpful. I dont see the science in that. If you exercise on an empty stomach (as you advise) your body will use your carb stores for energy and then move on to fat molecules. Once the fat molecules begin breaking down, THC will be processed.

yea i agree with the guy above work out but two days before the test STOP. i passed all my tests by working out the week before and drinking yogi detox tea(can buy it almost anywhere) but its important to stop the tea and working out 2 days before the test, during these 2 days eat alot of fat so you got new fat cells that are clean. and the detox drinks dont alter ph levels it gives you abnormally high creatine levels which alot places test for.

thc is a waste that excretes through your kidneys. a little bit of thc drops into your kidneys every few hours. if you drink about a gallon in the hour befoere your test, water will fill up your kidneys, sweep up the thc thats been dripping into your kidneys and itll all come right out in your piss. so drink about a gallon, piss once, then go into the test and that second piss should be clean. but, not too long after, more thc will start to fill up in your kidneys so this is a temporary flush

I smoked for about 5 days non stop all day for 5 days. I am now at day 23 I think and I am still pissing dirty. I have been running 5 miles 4 times an weeks during this period and have been drinking basically nothing but green tea and water. My weight is or was 220 I actually dropped down to about 206 in the 23 days. I know THC is stored in body fat so my plan is just to continue to loose weight. Also an friend of mine said DO NOT work out 2 days before the test and wake up and drink an ton.

Users should note that this diluted method is meant for your most basic remedial drug test. If the urine goes to a lab to be checked for creatine level and etc, you will fail for it being just so diluted. (from what i heard) Working out does help you sweat our THC metabolites but also burns fat which makes the thc metabolites go through your thc track, But i guess if you drink the amount of water he says, that won't matter...DOES ANYONE KNOW IF PRE-EMployment Drug test for casinos go to a LAB
