Post-modern does not necessarily mean that one does not accept absolute truth. There are many levels of post-modernist. Plus, I am not convinced that Ray is post-modern. He is a historian.
Ray is a post modern, emerging church mentor who is named by Rob Bell as his rabbi. Learn to discern between the word of God and the errant teachings of men. Do you open the forbidden word of God? Or do you believe Ray Vander Laan whatever he might say because he "sounds" good?

This man can and will give you the tools to renew your marriage if you will give him the chance. No matter what kind of "shape" you relationship is in. Open your hearts as a couple and give it a try.
