Well, why should their even be laws regarding marriage. As a Libertarian myself, I believe that there should be no need for even an argument if we simply stop having tax laws that recognize married couples. If a straight couple can be married by a church, why would it be necessary for a free state to recognize that? We already have laws deciding what age is proper for people to marry, and we used to have laws on interracial marriage. Isn't it time we just leave government out of marriage?
