Uhm you know holy shield reduces dmg taken by increasing block chance? and each block deals some damage.. it was pretty much my main weapon in pretbc duels.

During BC prob and btw it was prob a noob rouge and there is no avengers sheild back then and the talent tree was alot shitter then now... you fail as a lvl 48 RET paladin i killed a 60 rouge *during BC tho XD* and i killed another rouge at lvl 51 with my new spear... they arent hard... besides that protadin had a mix of gear the rog had like full D2...

That was very good of u killing that Ne warrior and the rouge i know by experiense that rouges are sometimes very hard to kill whit a pala becous pala got very slow weapons and rouges dont =) but i realllyyy think u should re-specc to Retri and u will over nuke all Protections is just good for tanking and Grinding becous u dont get high damges but u survive xD and u cude kill like 8 mobbs whit prot but in PvP and things like that u would try Retri
