Some people find the pump shotty more effective than the Auto. It doesnt waste ammo as fast and its bullets dont spread as much as the autos. I personally like the pumpy over auto.

RAM ? ( a gig minimum 4 gig for best ).Graphics card? ( Geforce 8800 runs it beautifly).Processor? a 3 gHz runs like a dream. hope this helps

The game isn't really that graphic demanding..atleast in terms of Frame rates. Memory might be a problem though, especially when you start to screw around with the console (trust me u will after a while). The regular game itself CAN demand alot from a machine, but its honestly nothing to buy a new pc for. If you can run Oblivion without to much fps lag, then you can run this.

You just put them in your maps folder then start them through the console.

But you should wait for them to release the sdk and real custom maps start appearing.
