  • sumo and freestyle wrestling put together?

  • alos chinese wrestling was influenced by mongoling hunic wrestling which gave birth to the martial art horse stance. both korean and chinese military skilll got passed on to japan in the tang dynasty where it gave birth to jujitsu and sumo(they use a for a horse stace)

  • This looks a lot like Mongolian wrestling, not sumo. Also there is a style of wrestling in Eastern Europe like this too.

  • since koreans are of mongolian decent it is just a decendat of the style Ssireum is the same as the mongolian word for to struggle "sillerm"

  • Koreans are not mongolian descent and this has no relation to Mongolian wrestling. Techniques of Korean wrestling are far more precise than Mongolian wrestling.

  • your ancetors are the same, "altaic" theres is genectic proof and most korean historians accept that fact. And fine it "Asian wrestling" plus mongolians are a pround nomadic stock

  • Mongolians are not altaic. LOL.

  • There is indeed genetic proof. mDNA as well a haplogroup classifications prove Mongolians and Koreans have different genetic pool.

  • on the basis of 47 alleles controlled by 15 polymorphic loci. A more detailed analysis using 65 alleles at 19 polymorphic loci was performed on six populations. Both analyses demonstrated genetic evidence of the origin of Koreans from the central Asian Mongolians

  • LOL. I worked at a genetics lab for 2 years. Please don't make me laugh.

  • Not to mention cultural, linguisitc and history....

  • give me the link to ur souoce anad ill give mine

  • Sources for what? Go look it up yourself.

  • korean culture is too mixed and linguistics barely retain their pre bronze age culture

  • Is that why they're classified as isolate language and arguably altaic whereas mongols are tungustic and turkic? LOL.

  • All culture are mixed, but korea is possibly the least mixed out of them all!

If you look at china and Japan, now that's what i call mixed culture! Korean culture is distinct and very different and unique!

  • and that was not the only argument i was having with this guy he claimed that korean are not geneticly and liguisticly related to the mongolians turks(Altiac ),and tungiustic and he said that he was a lab assitant in a genetic lab, i then put the proof up done by actually scientist and Dr. the stated the ppls genetic migration

  • And im pretty sure every asian is mixed with mongolian turks to some extent.

Some a little more mixed, and some a little mixed! The fact is were all mixed, because we all came from the original human race, so were practically all brothers and sisters. Don't be blinded by

all this nationality crap, all it does it isolates us and makes us fight against one another! Oh and another tip, stop talking about something completely unrelated to this video! You sound like a complete idiot here!

  • All cultures are mixed and none retain pre bronze age culture. LOL. Of all the asian cultures, Koreans are probably the most homogeneous and isolated ethnicity to a fault.

  • the only geneticly homogeneous which proves my point to the ass hole i was arguing with age ago on this video and dont make excuses for the korean they are the most chinese cultured of all teh east asians

  • @kaindrg That's like saying Russians are the most Mongolian of the Slavics. LOL.

  • @kaindrg That's like saying Russians are the most Mongolian of the Slavics. LOL.

  • @melonbarmonster the difference is russia had broke away from the influence. but korean never did. it was weened on the tits of china till japan and american pryed it off

  • @kaindrg Hi, i'm Mongolian.

It is true that mongolians and koreans are related. But we aren't directly related

Our ancestors were neighbours. Plus it was long time ago. But i think in some way we are distant relatives

  • @Good1Embiko so would you consider northern chinese and japanese distant relatives too?

  • @iMisogynist that i dont know

  • @melonbarmonster

Mongolians belong both to the altaic and tungusic family. Mongolia is a multiethnical country. And Koreans and Mongolians are actually related but not directly

  • @melonbarmonster

"Techniques of Korean wrestling are far more precise than Mongolian wrestling."

I disagree to that! It is 99% wrong!

Mongolian wrestling has the most precise and highest number of techniques due to the rules and grip varieties!
