I saw him live in the 90's- he and the band blew out the amps! It was a great concert and this is one of my favorite songs by him. So upbeat! A lot of country songs are drinking songs- or wistful lost love songs. This is song is all about being content, happy and appreciative of what you have.

Mark Chesnutt: one of the most under-rated country singers of the past 20 or so years. THIS (and many of his other songs) is country. I've pretty much quit listening to modern country radio, with the exception of a little local AM station that plays old and 'retro' country. Give me Mark's Greatest Hits CD, a couple of Randy Travis' old CD's, and maybe throw in an old Vince Gill, an old Alan Jackson, and Keith Whitley, and I'd be set. 95% of what you hear today is garbage.
