"yokohama tte chuukagai ga yume nandesu yo ne!" the translation i believe is "yokohama's chinatown is famous, isn't it!"

when she said "chuuuuuuuuu...kagai," chu is a kissing noise in japanese, i believe. so by holding the chu for a long period of time it seems like she is kissing the audience making the audience go crazy over her.
