hello, folks, can you please help me by telling(recomend me some pages) where can i find some writen material about biomechanics and his conections with other sciences.Thank you.
There was no biomechanics to this video only Anatomy. I appreciate the effort but I think the video should be retitled with a more appropriate description.
I had constant pain in my right heel. I found Happy Feet insoles at a tradeshow and have been pain free after wearing them for only 3 days. I no longer have that pain when I walk! The promo code/coupon listed on the package says 602. Hope this helps you too!!
they are like peanut shaped little bones...that sit under the big toe. They help sort of in shock absorbtion...so when we run and jump and land (try it) you will notice that we land in the front phalangeal section (more precisely our big toe). Hope that helped...if not just research different sites they should expalin it n great detail.
Hey, you don't know any good sites on joint movement do you? I am having great difficulty trying to get my head around how the 6 free moving joints work - in particular, the ellipsoidal joint, which seems to have all the characteristics of a ball and socket!
1:34 This joint hurts a lot in my everyday jogging.

Sub talar doesn't dorsiflex and plantarflex, that's the talocrural.
