Fantastic,100 % graduation rate from charter school. I've heard of districts with as high as a 70 % drop out rate. The truth be known not all teachers are saints. Most teachers I speak with hate the children and their jobs and can't wait for summer vacation. The only thing these teachers have gotten better at is holding the taxpayer hostage while they strike for higher wages and better benefits. Bonuses? Privatize? Fire? Charter Schools? Level Playing Field? There is no easy answer.
