I appreciate your courage and I respect your mother and also the family who adopts you. I am Bangladeshi and recently been in Hamiton. And thanks for the video.
many many thanx for such an awesome video...we are one sorry nation who change their own historical truth bcoz of AWAMI & BNP rivalry...hope every1 will keep the history aside...its a request....and @ Monwara...my utmost condolence for what you have gone through...May Allah help you finding your mother...God bless All
i hate how this history is being lost, i have bangladeshi friends who know nothing about thier history, and are shoked when i tell them, and it hurts me, the world needs to know the truth, the jews were given "justice" for the genocide against them, why are we not given justice....and pakistani kids of my age have no idea about what thier country did to us... the people who died deserve justice and thier families deserve peace..
I was born in 1971 in Bangladesh and adopted to Canada by a white Canadian family. My birth mother was probally raped , I don't know. Anyone else out there? I would really like to talk to you.
Hey Monwara, my heart breaks to read what you have written. I was 4 yrs old in 1971. My father commanded an Indian BSF battalion and fought the Pakis to liberate Bangaldesh..I still can't forget the faces of the many unfortunate orphans and the misery I saw when we first drove through dauki and into sylhet 3 days after liberation. I sincerely hope and pray that you find some trace of what happened to your biological mother..
@melwarwick Dear Monwara, appreciate your courage. The family who adopted you must be of great heart. The independence struggle of Bangladesh had so many untold stories of grief and pain. We werent able to protect many of our mothers/sisters nor were we able to honor their sacrifice. I pray that may Allah give you greater and greater spirit to conquer the world! God bless you, my sister!!
I respect to Monwara Begum and pray to Allah give Jannat to your parents.

Hello,
If the Pakistanis were supposed to be Muslims then why were they killing innocent people and raping women? Can anyone answer that?
