It's technically not, and as a person who aspires to be a cop, I can say this probably isn't anything close to impersonating an officer.

Of course, an officer could get pissed and get them in trouble for it, but I have no probs with it.

this is the rally that took part in 2005 and was in spain if i remember correctly !!!

they have different sirens over there.

and Alex uses the different sirens then the one in the country they are. thus making it a little bit less illegal. just as they use different kind of lighting.
