I have Top Spin 2 and Virtua Tennis 2009 and I think Virtua Tennis is better. I mean the movement is way to unrealistic and stiff in the game. And the way they make Federer's serve is horrible. Virtua Tennis they actually make their forehands backhands returns services everything right! The only thing that sucks is the tail behind the ball.

You are very good. I searched a lot for a nice PC tennis game. Virtua tennis is just so unrealistic. Top spin 3 looks good, too bad it's not for PC. Anyway, I'll definitely try Tops spin 2. Hope i can play it without a gamepad.

Playing without a gamepad is very tough. Unlike virtua tennis where you only need the keyboard in top spin 2 you have to play with the keyboard and mouse. Moving with the mouse is really tricky and you cant change the controls. Take my advice if you really want to play this buy a gamepad.

am playing this game with keyboard and mouse and yes it's a bit difficult in the beggining but after you done one or two seassons in career the problem is gone

I'd get Top Spin 3 but it's not on PC, Virtua Tennis 2009 looks too arcady, so I think I'll get Top Spin 2 since it's on PC. :-)

True say, and yea Ive played the game before I know the star limitations...and you do make a good point but one of his key aspects is spin, well at least in my opinion. but either way your dude would be hard as all fuck to beat. But i gotta say watching your vid made me wanna play again:P

Dude im not here to bash but rafa does not have a 10 star backhand...and his spin is only 3 stars. there was a study showing rafa had 2x more spin on his ball than any other player on tour:P

either ways you a good player...but yea rafa needs some adjustments

Trust me i know Nadal's style of play. I know his strengths and weakness but i didn't aim to make a perfect copy of his abilities. But frankly its impossible to do that here. If you played this game then you know that there's a limit where you can train your character. (you get gold stars) Even if i want to make an exact copy of his skills there's simply not enough stars. Example if you put forehand 5* speed 5* backhand 3* power.... he will still have unrealistically low reflexes or precision

Well then congratulations cause you are one in a million who can play this on a keyboard and mouse without problems. Im very good at this game and i cant do it, none of my friends can do it and i read the reviews that most people cant do it. I can beat my friends and the ai on the hardest difficulty with the keyboard and mouse but im like 100% worse and its torture. Its unnatural. I mean moving with the mouse... WTF?! Why didn't they make it so you can play with the keyboard without the mouse?

they added the mouse cause with it you have more control over your shots and you have more control over return angle of the ball !!! =)

And I would love to play only with mouse. Movement=movement of mouse, left=topspin right= slice and both lob. The accuring will be based on movement and then on the mouse control. It will be rally good too.

Yeah i created him. At the beginning of the video you can see his characteristics, he was still a work in progress at that point.

Unfortunately no. They made it that way so you have to move with the mouse if you don't have the controller and you cant change it. I know its impossible to play like that ive tried it and i really don't understand what were they thinking when they made that. Sorry
