  • I have this on an old VHS.

  • tuck your man boob back into your singlet

  • These videos are a gold mine.

  • Are there any Fireman's Carry throws in your series, or at least a variation?

  • Wyndstarthedruid, do you live in California. I'm one of the instructors that work at the frank shamrock academy in san jose. If you are young I would start off in wrestling as a base. Wrestling in general gives you excellent control and you convert over to catch nicely. If you are older then BJJ hands down. Its detail step by step ground techniques after a short 3months will give you ground dominance on the average person. Catch is great but not something you jump into.

  • I would never have my son who a freshman high school wrestler see this. If you push him he will push back" Whaaaaaat? Wrestlers 90% of the time start off circling each other trying to "shoot" in for a single or double. If you get tied up then its the Russian tie, arm drag, arm and head control, wrist control, hand fighting, under hooks, over hooks, etc all while trying to change directions to keep your man off balance. The one thing he is right about is his wrestling being lazy!

  • This is an excellent video.

  • so i have zero experience in any form of fighting, would this be the first one to train in? if i understood the video correctly. you are using the persons own natural reactions against him?

  • Awesome techniques, I've been doing MMa for 6 yrs now, none of my coaches broke it down that easily like this video.

  • Only thing I agree all whole hearted my friends but explain also when I get guys doing stuff like set ups head set ups but remember when he does that I learned that was my chance to shot also heh I let him direct me down and I change the corner and wala :) but very good teaching and great work thanks

  • this improved my judo.

  • bruce lee has really let himself go.

i like the videos very helpful

  • @jamesallenyz431 Yeah your right he's gotten really heavy.....he used to be in really good shape on "Enter tha dragon"... He really needs to step up that cardio.

Nice insight on those catch wrestling techniques though, i used some of Tony Cecchine's catch techniques in my jiu jtsu class and they worked out great .thanks!!

  • how much is it for one day of training at his place ?

  • interesting principals.

  • Good old Bruce!

Great points here from Mr Lee here.

  • is this in a machine shop? I would love some mats in my auto shop

  • @bretlynn That's the old Tool and Die shop. Back in the day, they'd roll wherever they could, sometimes without a mat.

  • its so funny cause i know a few machinists and tool and die guys and they all wrestle.
