I agree that Royal Jordanian is pathetic. I flew Istanbul- Amman-Basra with them. Their service leaves a lot to be desired and they were not very keen on safety issues. The stewards whicle descending to land was busy with entertaining a passenger's baby than mind her business. She did not understand safety issues in a plane's operation. She reacted in a very ugly manner when I reminded her that what she was doing is unsafe for all.

one of the 5 airlines i flown on was royal jordanian airlines, yes they are worst, always late on arrival & departure, i was given a voucher everytime at the royal jordanian main terminal in the city day before my flight. i have received a call after dropping off my bags at the city terminal in amman 7th circle at airport freeway. if you want to fly to JORDAN, i recommending Emirates Airlines can get you there better. Trust me. Emirates begins service to Dallas / Fort Worth on February 2, 2012.
